Won't do
Things we've decided not to build.
Saying no out loud is part of saying yes credibly. These are the questions we keep getting that the answer is no — and why.
Cross-site cookie tracking without consent
We won't ship the third-party-cookie scraping common in legacy MarTech.
Why:Privacy-first by design. We won't ship anything that requires us to track visitors across sites without their explicit opt-in. The consent ledger is the contract.
Per-seat price bumps mid-contract
We won't raise your per-seat price during an active annual contract.
Why:The pricing on the day you sign is the pricing for the duration of the term. Public pricing changes only ever affect new contracts and renewals.
