Analytics Overview

Dashboards, custom reports, and scheduled email digests across your whole CRM.

Analytics gives you a live read on the business — pipeline, engagement, consent, and customer health — plus a report builder for the questions the dashboards don't answer out of the box.

The dashboard

The analytics dashboard opens on a KPI strip and a grid of interactive charts. The headline metrics include total accounts, pipeline value, weighted pipeline, win rate, average cycle days, top owner revenue, email open rate, and consent opt-in rate.

Below the strip, charts cover the funnel and motion of your business:

  • Pipeline funnel and velocity (value advanced per week)
  • Win/loss reasons and an owner leaderboard
  • Sequence and activity heatmaps
  • Cohort retention and account density by industry, region, or tier
  • Consent funnel, DSAR queue health, enrichment spend, and top automations

Pick a time range (7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, quarter-to-date, year-to-date, or all), compare against the prior period, and many charts drill through to a filtered list.

Saved reports

For bespoke questions, the Reports area lets you build and save your own. Start from a template or from scratch: pick an entity (accounts, contacts, deals, and more) and a chart type, and a live preview updates as you go. Saved reports can be re-run any time.

Scheduled email reports

Any saved report can be put on a schedule. Choose a cadence — daily, weekly, or monthly — and a list of recipients, and Pact emails the report automatically. A report can carry several schedules at once.

Share without an export

Generate a public share link for a report to hand a read-only view to someone outside the workspace. Revoke it any time.

Exports

Reports export to CSV, XLSX, or PDF, and the dashboard bundles its chart data into a single CSV or a print-to-PDF for board decks.
