Deal Coach

Deal Coach is a live AI agent that reviews one deal and returns structured next-best-action guidance. It reads the deal's recent activity, sequence engagement, last contact, and risk signal, then recommends a single next action — call a contact, draft a follow-up, escalate, schedule a demo, or set a close-date alert — with a short rationale, a few concrete talking points, and an urgency level.

Deal Coach always calls the model: there is no canned, rule-based fallback. It runs on a deal where Pact's AI agents are available.

AI must be configured

Deal Coach requires AI to be configured for your workspace. On a workspace without an AI provider, the agent returns a clean "not configured" result and points an admin to set up credentials — it never fabricates coaching.

Today coaching narration

Your daily Today brief opens with a coaching narration. Unlike Deal Coach, the Today summary is a hybrid: it uses a live model when AI is configured and within budget, and degrades to a rule-based summary otherwise — labelled honestly either way.
