Compliance & platform

Consent — A per-channel, per-purpose record of what a person allows, checked before every send.

Suppression — A hard block on an address or number, regardless of consent (bounces, complaints, stop requests).

DSAR — A Data Subject Access Request: a person's right to access, export, or erase their data.

Territory — A partition of your workspace by region or team, used for visibility and routing.

Tenant — A single customer workspace. Pact is multi-tenant, and tenant data is strictly isolated.
