Real-time updates

The inbox subscribes to a live server-sent event stream, so new messages appear as they arrive — no manual refresh. Open it on a second screen during a campaign and watch replies land in real time.

AI-assisted replies

For social engagements and mentions, Draft with AI generates a suggested reply you can edit before sending. It's a starting point, not an autopilot — you stay in control of every word.

Draft with AI is offered on social engagements and mentions. WhatsApp and Messenger replies are composed directly.

Sending, with a safety net

When you send a reply, Pact holds it for a few seconds and shows an Undo button. Click it within the window and the message never leaves. Let the window pass and it sends. It's the simplest guard against the message you wish you hadn't sent.

Triage tools

  • Search filters the feed by sender or message text as you type.
  • Resolve clears a handled conversation.
  • Archive moves an item out of the active list.
  • Mark unread brings one back to your attention; open items show in bold.
  • Assign routes a conversation to a teammate.
