Sequence Detail

The single-sequence view — steps, enrollments, performance, A/B variants, and a buyer preview.

The sequence detail page is where you build, monitor, and tune one sequence. It opens on the cadence and tabs across everything you need to run it.

Tabs

TabWhat it shows
StepsThe cadence itself — each step, its channel, and its day offset
EnrollmentsWho's enrolled, their current step, and status
PerformanceOpen, click, and reply rates versus the prior period
VariantsA/B test results per step, with confidence bands
Buyer previewThe first email rendered for a real contact, through the gates

Steps

The Steps tab is the builder. Add and reorder steps — Enroll, Send email, Send LinkedIn, Send SMS, Phone, Task, and Wait — and set each send step's day offset, body, and optional best-send-time. Step-level audience filters (country, state, segment, required consent purpose) let a step send only to the contacts who qualify. See Sequences for the full step model.

Enrollments

The Enrollments tab lists every account or contact in the sequence with the step they're on and their status. Enrolling runs a consent preflight first — any blocked contact comes back with a reason and a remediation path — and contacts already active are skipped so nobody is double-enrolled.

Performance and variants

Performance summarizes engagement (open, click, reply) for the window you pick, compared to the prior period. Variants reports each A/B arm's sent, opened, clicked, replied, and converted counts with confidence bands; when a winner is clear, promote it to fold the winning copy into the canonical step and archive the rest.

Preview before you send

The Buyer preview tab renders the first email for a contact you choose, run through the consent and suppression gates — so you see exactly what a real recipient would get (or why they wouldn't).
